The Strategy of Raising Funds for Selected Sports Event

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the strategy of raising funds for a specific sport event; to be presice, for the tennis tournament TC Brno Cup. The thesis presents an evaluation of the tournament held last year and it submits own proposal developed for its better funding.
Wilson tenis center marketing activities and their innovative approach

Title: Wilson Tennis Center Marketing Activities and Their Innovative Approach Objectives: The objectives of my masters thesis is giving the suggestions for improving the company current situation for the upcoming years, based on information from my analysis. Methods: Methods of my approach to this research were analyzing the data from my quality research, identifying the strentghts and weaknesses of the company. Based on these methods I suggested these major improvements fot the overall improvement of the company situation. Results: The research has shown that the biggest strenghts of Wilson Tennis Center are: advanced material equipment and large spacious facility, well air - conditioned solid structure building of the tennis facility, high number of tennis courts etc. The most common weaknesses people in my research were mentioning were the overall attitude of the restaurant staff, lack of social and sports events for the overall client base - recreational client and kids, lack of well, propriately a sufficiently illuminated courts. The main suggestion from me is to create a new public relations manager position who would be able to and responsible for the new changes to be implemented. Marketing mix FC Tango Brno

Title: Marketing mix FC Tango Brno Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze marketing and communication mix of futsal club FC Tango Brno, to highlight the strenghts and weaknesses and propose measures for its improvement. Methods: What I needed to do in my thesis was to analyze the internal documents as well as focus on the current situation of the club and also to create a collection of club's data (economic data). Furthermore, I also used a ,,interview method" with the club's president Jiří Štěrba, players and fans representative. Results: Based on the analysis of the marketing and communication mix of a futsal club it was found what kind of marketing resources the club uses and where the lack of use of these tools can be seen. Mainly the communication tools have not been effectively used so it is necessery to suggest the steps leading to their improvement in the following years. Suggestions were formulated in a way they would go down with possibilities of the club and were realizable. Title: The proposition of marketing communication of Wellnes center Ostrov in Strakonice. The aim: The goal is analyse people's current awareness of Wellness center Ostrov in Strakonice, using obtained data, and subsequently, based on the results, make a draft of new marketing communication of Wellness center Ostrov in Strakonice. Methods: The methods of qualitative research were used in this thesis, namely the interview (the dialogue according to the instructions) and participant observation. As for the qualitative research, the method of personal inquiry was applied. Results: The result of this bachelor thesis is the draft of marketing communication of Wellness center Ostrov in Strakonice. The draft includes certain upgrades which were not at Wellness centrum management's at the time when this thesis was being written. It lays emphasis on marketing on social networks, its connection and administration. It also suggests the use of other means of communication, e.g. radio, advertising, leaflets, posters.
